Fires start in premises because of many reasons. For example, it may be due to carelessly discarded smokers’ materials, an electrical fault, spontaneous ignition, bad workmanship or even arson (wilful fire-raising in Scotland). Although Fire Brigades and Police Forces work together to establish a supposed cause for an owner of a property’s benefit, you may wish a second opinion. This is particularly important if you are having difficulty with an insurance company or judicial court.
